Every order is packaged and shipped with complete discretion. We take your privacy as seriously as you do.
Plain packaging
A plain box or courier bag with no logos, no product names and nothing that hints at what is inside.
Neutral sender
The label says it is from “PZ” with a phone number. It never shows our store name.
Payment
Card and Mobile Money payments go through Flutterwave, our payment provider. The payment never lists what you bought.
Sealed
Every parcel is sealed before it leaves us. The rider confirms delivery with a code we text you.
Your choices at checkout
Every order is discreet by default. At checkout you can go further.
Packaging
Standard plain parcel, Ultra stealth (double-sealed, scent-blocked, padded so nothing rattles) at no extra cost, or paid gift wrap that looks like a birthday present.
Hide item names
Emails and your order page show a code such as PZ-AB12 instead of each product name.
Hold the parcel
Ask us to wait 24 hours or 3 days before sending, for example if you will be away.
Pickup or pay on delivery
Collect from a pickup point instead of home delivery. In Kampala and neighbouring districts you can pay a 20% deposit and the rest when it arrives.
Common questions
What name appears on the label?
“PZ” and our phone number, above your name, phone and address. Nothing on the outside names a product or an adult store.
What about the delivery person?
The rider gets your name, phone and address and a sealed plain parcel. They are not told what is inside.
Is anything printed inside the parcel?
No receipt or packing list goes inside unless you ask for one.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Choose “Send as a gift” at checkout and add a card message and the name it is from, or leave the name blank to stay anonymous.
