Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The sender name on the package will appear as a generic business name, not an adult store.

Question 3

Can I track my order?

How does the billing appear on my statement?

Accepted Answer

For your privacy, charges will appear as a generic business name on your bank or mobile money statement - not as an adult store.

Question 8

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card and Mobile Money payments are handled by Flutterwave, a licensed payment provider; your card details never reach our servers.

Question 9

Can I pay on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pay on delivery is available in Kampala with a 20% deposit at checkout; the balance is paid in cash when your order arrives. The deposit confirms the order is genuine.

Question 10

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Some items (lubricants, intimate wear) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How do I initiate a return?

Accepted Answer

Request the return directly from My Orders in your account, or contact support with your order number. We confirm by email and agree the easiest way to get the item back to us.

Question 12

When will I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Question 13

What if I received a defective product?

Accepted Answer

Contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Question 14

Are your products authentic?

Accepted Answer

Some products are stocked here in Kampala and some are imported for your order; each product page says which. Anything that arrives faulty is replaced or refunded under our 7-day return policy.

Question 15

Are the products body-safe?

Accepted Answer

Each product page lists the material where the maker gives it. For anything that goes inside the body, look for silicone, ABS plastic, glass or stainless steel: they are non-porous and easy to clean. If a page does not say, ask us before you buy.

Question 16

How should I clean and care for my products?

Accepted Answer

Most products can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap or a specialized toy cleaner. Check the product description for specific care instructions. Always dry thoroughly before storage.

Question 17

Do you offer product warranties?

Accepted Answer

Items that arrive defective or damaged are covered by our 7-day return policy — report the fault within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. We don't currently offer extended manufacturer warranties.

Question 18

Is my personal information safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your connection to the site is encrypted, and we never sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only with the services needed to deliver your order, such as the payment provider and the rider, who gets your name, phone and address but not what is inside.

Question 19

Will I receive marketing emails?

Accepted Answer

Only if you opt-in during checkout or account creation. You can unsubscribe at any time from our emails.

Accepted Answer

Your order history is visible only to you when signed in, and to the staff who pack and deliver orders. Staff access is logged.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your email, and we'll send you a secure reset link valid for 1 hour.

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Go to Account, then Security, and choose Delete account. Your personal details are removed straight away. Order records stay for tax purposes without your details, apart from a sealed copy the law requires us to hold for a limited time. If you still have store credit or an instalment plan running, spend or finish it first, or ask our support team to help.

Question 25

I live outside Uganda. Can I order for someone here?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At checkout choose 'Send as a gift', enter your own details and their Ugandan phone number, and their address if you know it. If you don't, you get a private link to send them and they choose where it goes; the link shows no product names or prices. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal from any country. Nothing is collected from them at the door.

Question 26

Which currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

Prices can be shown in USD, GBP, EUR or KES for reference. Cards are charged in Ugandan shillings and your bank converts at its own rate; PayPal is charged in US dollars.
