Sell on Pleasure Zone

Your products, our customers

Open a store on Pleasure Zone and sell to people across Uganda who already shop here for beauty and wellness. Nothing to pay up front: we take 15% when something sells, and pay you by Mobile Money.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Apply

Store name, phone, and your ID or business registration. The team reviews every application.

  2. Step 2

    Set up

Add your logo, list your products with photos and prices, and confirm your payout number.

  3. Step 3

    Sell

Customers find your products in search, on category pages and on your own store page. You get each order on your dashboard.

  4. Step 4

    Get paid

Pack it plain, send it with our riders or your own. Seven days after delivery the money is yours, minus 15%.

Who sells here

  • Beauty and cosmetics shops in Kampala and beyond.
  • Hair product importers and salon suppliers.
  • Perfume and fragrance sellers with genuine stock.
  • Lingerie boutiques and wellness brands.

What a sale looks like

You list a hair oil at UGX 40,000. A customer in Ntinda orders it and pays on delivery. The rider collects the money, the customer has it, and seven days later UGX 34,000 lands in your balance for payout. You paid nothing to list it and nothing if it had not sold.

Questions sellers ask

What does it cost?

Nothing to open a store or list products. When something sells, Pleasure Zone keeps 15% of the item price and you get the rest. Sellers who grow get a lower rate: 12% at Silver, 10% at Gold.

When do I get paid?

Seven days after the customer receives the order, the money moves to your balance and is paid out to your Mobile Money number or bank account. The hold covers returns; it is the same for every seller.

What can I sell?

Genuine beauty, hair care, skincare, fragrance, lingerie and wellness products. No counterfeits, no expired stock, nothing illegal to sell in Uganda. The team checks listings before they go live.

Who delivers?

You pack the order in plain packaging with nothing about the contents on the outside, the way every Pleasure Zone parcel goes out. In Kampala you can book our riders from your dashboard; you can also offer pickup from your shop.

What do I need to apply?

A phone number, a store name, and a national ID or your business registration. Registered businesses can add a TIN. You set up payouts during onboarding and confirm them with a code sent to your phone.

Do customers see my name?

Your store has its own page with your name, logo and reviews. The parcel itself stays plain, and customers' details are shared with you only for delivering their order.
