How it works

  1. Step 1

    Choose

    Perfume, hair growth oils, skincare, sets, or the intimate wellness range. Prices switch to your currency above.

  2. Step 2

    Send as a gift

    At checkout, pick “Send as a gift”. Enter your own details and their Ugandan phone number, plus their address if you know it. If not, you get a private link to send them and they choose where it goes.

  3. Step 3

    Pay

    Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Nothing is collected from them at the door.

  4. Step 4

    Delivered

    Kampala in 1-3 business days from UGX 10,000, elsewhere in Uganda in 3-7 business days. The rider calls them first.

What they receive

  • A plain box or bag with a neutral sender name, nothing about the contents outside.
  • A call from the rider before arrival, on the number you give us.
  • A message that an order is on its way and when. It never names a product.
  • Your gift message, if you write one. Otherwise nothing says who sent it.

Questions people ask

Can I pay from outside Uganda?

Yes. Visa and Mastercard are accepted from any country, and PayPal too. Card payments are charged in Ugandan shillings and your bank converts at its own rate; PayPal is charged in US dollars.

Does the person receiving it need to pay anything?

No. Once you have paid, the rider hands over the parcel. Nothing is collected at the door.

Will they know what is inside before opening it?

The parcel is plain with a neutral sender name. Our messages to them say an order is on its way and when, never what it is. You can add a gift message if you want them to know it is from you.

How long does delivery take?

1-3 business days in Kampala, 3-7 business days elsewhere in Uganda. The rider calls the recipient's number before arriving.

What shows on my statement?

Our business name and the amount, never a product. Receipts and emails are the same.

Can you deliver outside Uganda?

Not yet. Every order is delivered inside Uganda. If you are abroad, the person receiving it needs a Ugandan phone number; the address can come from you or from them through a private link.
