How it works
- What it covers
- Standard delivery. In Kampala Metro it is free; anywhere else your pass pays UGX 10,000 and you pay the rest. Express delivery is not covered.
- Which orders
- Orders of UGX 40,000 or more, signed in to the account that bought the pass. Checkout shows the pass before you pay.
- Renewing
- Nothing renews by itself. We remind you a week before it ends. A pass bought early starts the day the current one ends, so you lose no days.
- Unused deliveries
- They end with the pass. A cancelled order gives its delivery back.
- Refunds
- A full refund within 7 days of buying, if no delivery has been used. Ask us by WhatsApp or email.
- Discretion
- Your pass is about delivery only. The payment shows our neutral billing name, and our emails never mention what you buy.
Delivery prices without a pass are on the delivery page.
